The cemetery is located on the territory of the former (until 1939) district of Ternopil. The cemetery is located by a dirt road, south-east of the village of Berezovitsa Wielka. It was probably established around 1820, which is indicated by the oldest preserved monuments. There are 8 preserved tombstones commemorating Poles who died before 1945. The layout of the cemetery is similar to a rectangle, divided lengthwise by a main alley. Partly overgrown with vegetation. Polish tombstones come from local workshops. Among the gravestone forms, crosses on a pedestal predominate, two obelisks and two gravestones with figural sculpture from local workshops are also preserved.
