The burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-stage base and two-stage plinth. At the top of the obelisk an engraved cross and floral wreath, below this an inscribed plaque framed by a palmette. In it an engraved inscription. The first step of the plinth with an ear-shaped, engraved frame. The second step of the pedestal with an engraved inscription in Ukrainian on the front.

Inscription:

1. TU SPOCZYWA / STANISŁAW CHOCIEJ / Żył 45 lat / umarł Roku 1933 / i syn jego / KAZIO żył 1 ROK / Umarł Roku 1924 //.

2. kсенья піагаина / жіиа 93 рани / чіаеріи рокч 1921 //.
