The cemetery in the small village of Bocksdorf in the Austrian Burgenland contains the common grave of 2 Polish forced labourers: Stanisław Grzanka (1925-1945) and Stanisław Mędrek (1927-1945), who worked on local farms during the Second World War. Both were shot dead by Soviet soldiers on 24 April 1945, twelve days after the Red Army entered the village. Their fate was described in more detail by the Austrian journalist Martin Pollock in his 2009 collection of reports "Why did they shoot Stanislawow?". For years, the grave was looked after by the daughter of one of the employers of the murdered. In 1991. , after a visit from Stanisław Grzanka's sister Aniela, the grave was arranged in its present form. The grave bears a granite cross with a white inscription in German: "Kriegsgrab / Hier ruhen 2 polnische Ostarbeiter. Stanislaw Grzanka 1925-1945 / Stanislaw Medrek 1927-1945 / Das Österreichische Schwarze Kreuz Kriegsgräberfürsorge".
