Tomb of Gabriel and Helena Kozakiewicz

Rectangular tomb framed by a band transitioning at the head to a cross on the wall. The ruin of the cross is inside the band. The wall was originally closed with a simplified pediment, now in the form of a ruin, flanked by flattened cataract arches on the sides. On the front wall an inscription plaque with the inscription highlighted from the face and the corners emphasised in a semicircle. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band with cast-iron posts, joined by rosette mouldings.
