Rectangular tomb framed by a band, in the centre of which was originally a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. The cross is unpreserved, on a profiled plinth framed by helices. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. To the left a panel with quarter-circular chamfered corners with a relief inscription (4). Second step of plinth with cornice. To the front (1) and left (3) panels with a frame with quarter-circular chamfered corners, in which is a relief inscription. The third step of the plinth tapering upwards. On the front a panel with a frame, in which is a relief inscription (2).
