A tomb of irregular blocks on a rectangular plan covered by a two-stage slab. The first step of the slab protrudes beyond the outline of the wall. To the front surmounted by a pediment with inwardly moulded edges. In the central field of the pediment there is glazing. Above the pediment a simple Latin cross on a plinth and base framed from above by a decoration of two recumbent volutes and a palmetto in the middle. To the front in the central part of the tomb a rectangular-shaped manhole with a ritual inscription (1) and two brass entablatures. Above the manhole a field with a ritual inscription (2). Above the field a simplified beamed frieze and cornice. In the field of the frieze an engraved inscription (3). The entire façade rusticated.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
