Burial place marked by a stele on a plinth and base, preceded by a slab covering the grave cellar. To the left of the stele, a cuboid pedestal with an engraved cross in the upper part is set on the plinth. To the right on the base a cuboid pedestal with space for a lantern. The pedestals of unequal height, the left one higher. On the plaque an engraved inscription.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
