Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Tbilisi

The Church of St Apostles Peter and Paul in Tbilisi is a Roman Catholic temple built on the initiative of Fr Maximilian Orlovsky, in 1870-1877. Designed by Albert Salzman in 1861, the church was built thanks to a wide range of donors who included: Countess Zofia Potocka, Count Konstanty Przeździecki and Count Zygmunt Krasicki. In 2020, the Polonica Institute financed rescue work centred around the cracked vaulting of the nave.
