The quarters of Polish Army soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik war

On the north-eastern side of the cemetery, about 50 m from the gate, there is a quaternion of Polish soldiers killed in the Battle of the Danube in 1920 and in border skirmishes in 1921. The quarters were devastated after 1945. It was cleaned up in the 1990s. In June 1997 the Polish Graves Guard from Wrocław placed a metal cross here with the emblem of their association. The site is looked after by local Poles. The quarter consists of 2 rows of graves, in the second row, almost centrally, stands the cross of the SMP from Wrocław. There are 38 earth graves in the cemetery with concrete bands, 12 of them are double graves. The crosses are engraved with the personalities of 48 fallen and information about 1 soldier unknown by name. The renovation of the gravesite was carried out in 2019 by the Foundation in Aid to Poles in the East as part of a task co-financed by the programme of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage "Sites of National Remembrance Abroad". Due to the considerable deterioration of the gravestone material, granite replicas were made.
