Biography:

Michał Ryba (1896-1951), Polish architect. He worked mainly in Lviv, where he created designs in the modernist style. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Lviv Polytechnic, and later worked for the Lviv City Council. His projects include the Magistrate Houses in Lviv (1925-1930), near which he lived. After the end of the Second World War, he moved to Wrocław, where he founded the Technical Department of the Wrocław City Board and became the Chief Architect of Wrocław.
