Tombstone of Adam Koźmian

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross perpetuated, not preserved, on moulded plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a panel with a frame, framed by a geometric braid, inside which is a convex-carved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth with a panel to the front, bordered by a frame. Accentuated convex-carved lily motifs in the corners. Inside the frame a convex-carved inscription (2). The third step of the pedestal surmounted by a moulded cornice with semi-circular uplift, covered by a mansard roof. Flanked on the front by pilasters and capitals. In the molding, a medallion surrounded by laurel branches with a relief of the head of Our Lady of Sorrows. Below, a double-framed plaque, on which is a bas-relief Host with chalice, book and stole. Below, lit upturned torches.
