Tombstone of Adolf Kottak, Adam Szwejbakowski and Ignacy Szwejbakowski

Burial place marked by a cross on a stele on a two-stage plinth and concrete slab. At the front in the centre of the slab a rectangular flowerbed cut out. Openwork cross on pedestal , arms ending in spike forms. At the intersection of the cross arms a circle. Stele ending in a straight arch, on the front relief inscriptions (1) in a convex frame. On the first step of the pedestal a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). The whole surrounded by concrete rectangular pedestals connected by rods.
