Burial place marked by a stele on the base. Stele closed with a segmental arch. On the front an engraved inscription (1). A band in front of the gravestone. On the front of the band an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

(1) S. + P. / Adolf Oszurok / 1900. 1. I – 1941. 13. III / Zyłas dla mnie, byles / Calem szczesciem moim / Sgasł promyk, został mi / Smutek na wieki / Stroskana żona i dzieci //.
