Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock-hewn plinth in a high, irregular band. The cross is not preserved. A plaque on the plinth at the front with an engraved inscription.

Inscription lines 2, 4, 5, 6 in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was originally surmounted by a cross in the form of a tree trunk, framed by a plaster figure of an angel.
