Burial place marked by plinth on base. Plinth and base with chamfered top edges. To the front of the plinth in a frame with ears, decorated with batonwork, an engraved inscription (1). On the left side of the plinth an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. Tu spoczywają / ś. p. / ALEKSANDER i KLOTYLDA / SZABLOWIE / * 1838 + 22/III 1912 * 1844 + 25 / II 1923 / PROSZĄ O POZDROWIENIE ANIELSKIE //.
2. Spokojnie tu spoczywajcie. / My łzy wylewamy / Bo bez Was tu na ziemi / Pociechy nie mamy. //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
