Burial site originally marked by obelisk on plinth. Obelisk lost, repositioned in front of plinth. On the obelisk a relief carved cross, below an oval panel after a photograph. On the front of the pedestal a convex carved frame with eyelets, with an engraved inscription. The plinth is flanked on the sides by panels with earflaps, on the back by a rectangular panel.

ALEXANDER WYGONNY / *. 1858. +. 10 listopada 1900. / westchnij przechodniu za spokój tej Duszy / Niech choc wspolczucie łzy me osuszy / - . - / Ku wiecznej pamięci / Żona //.
