Burial ground originally marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base, framed by a high band, perhaps originally part of a fence. Cross not preserved. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded, second step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. To the front in the second step of the pedestal a panel with an inscription in rhombus and a bas-relief lyre in a laurel wreath with a sash. The band is shared with gravestone no. 80.

Ś. + P. / ALOJZY PERZANOWSKI / UR. 21/VI 1869. ZM. 25/VII 1910. / Kto we mnie wierzy / choćby i umarł, żyć będzie / Ew. św. J. w R. 11. //.

In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, sheet number 91, dated 1936. According to the file, the gravestone's location is sector "A1, row II, from wall N14". Next to the description of the gravestone there is a note: "monument of polished granite with the same cross with bronze fig. Christ; iron rails".
