Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a stele on a plinth and base. Stele on its own plinth. On the stele front an engraved inscription (1). Above the inscription an engraved cross. On the pedestal enclosing the stele and the plinth two cuboid blocks. On the tombstone a smaller slab.

Inscription:

1. ANDRZEJ WIELUCH / * 21.10.1868 + 16.9.1916 / HELENA WIELUCH / * 16.1.1878 + 8.5.1966 / BADŹ WOLA TWOJA //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
