Burial site originally marked by a statue of St Anne on a two-stage base and two-stage plinth. Figure perpetuated, deposited beside, on its own base. Standing in slight contrapposto. Head facing en trois quarts to the right. She is looking slightly downwards. In right hand, under arm, a book. Left hand folded over breast. She is dressed in a long robe. On her shoulders a cloak with the halves wrapped in front. On the head a veil falling down the back. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second cuboidal, covered with a wider panel. On the front a panel with chamfered upper edges with engraved inscription (1). On the first step of the pedestal a second inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
