The burial site was originally marked by a cross on a pedestal, on a two-stage plinth and base. The arms of the cross terminating in an embrasure framed on two sides by half shafts. At the intersection of the arms traces of the attachment of the figure of Christ. The first step of the plinth with top moulded edges. The second step on the front a panel with chamfered edges, in which an engraved inscription.

+ / ANNA KAMIŃSKA / WOŁOSZYŃSKICH / *1841-1890 / 13 ROKU Małże / ństwa / prosi o zdrowaś / Maryjo //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
