The burial site marked by an obelisk on a plinth and two-stage base. In front of it a slab with a slightly convex surface placed on the base. Second tier of plinth in the form of schematically outlined rocks. The obelisk is topped with a gable. In its finial an engraved cross and an inscription made using the same technique (1). Cd. of the inscription on the pedestal (2). On the first step of the base the signature of the stonemason's workshop in the lower right corner.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
