The gravestone marked by a cross on a stele. Cast iron openwork cross, with arms ending in a leaf form with floral ornamentation, on its own plinth. At the intersection of the arms a rhombus. The stele ends in a semicircle with chamfered side edges. Grounded on the front with an engraved inscription (printed typeface and italics).

Ś. P. / ANTONI / ANTONINA / ZOLAŃSKIE / zm. 14 Listopada 1890r. / wieku lat 48 / - • - / Błogosławieni Miłosierni Albowiem / Oni miłosierdzia dostąpią .. //.
