Tombstone of Antoni and Tekla Mazurkevicz

The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a two-tier pedestal and a three-tier base. The obelisk is topped with a gabled pedestal with a convex carved cross underneath a convex carved medallion surrounded by oak leaves with the image of Christ in a crown of thorns in profile. first step of pedestal with chamfered top edge, on front an engraved inscription (2), second step of pedestal with chamfered top edge, on front a panel with engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu borszczowskiego wykonana została w latach 2002-2004 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie . Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu borszczowskiego". Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
