Burial place originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-stepped plinth banded by a coffin lid. The cross is unpreserved, openwork, on a plinth framed by pinnacles. Engraved inscriptions on the first (2) and second (1) steps of the plinth.

1. Ś. + P. / ANTONI POLITO / zm. 10 STYCZNIA 1914 R. //.
2. [ŻYŁ] LAT 60 / POKÓJ JEGO DUSZY! //.

on the band a fragment of the finial of another tombstone - a fragment of an iron cross, openwork, with arms ending in rosettes, with rays outside at the intersection of the arms
