Burial site originally marked by a cross turning into a vertical slab. Cross with arms ending in a trifoliate, shattered, its fragments lying nearby. On the front on both parts of the gravestone an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[...] / Anto[nin]a z Wy- / szgoskich / Dworzań / ska [...] / zmarła dnia / 26 lutego 1845 roku / lat 56 / prosi o pozdro / wienie Anielskie //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
