Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. Traces of a Christ figure at the intersection of the arms. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. From the font, an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with moulded upper edges. On the front (1), right (3) and left (4) sides engraved inscriptions. The tombstone framed by a monumental band.

3. Ś. P. / Apolinaryja / z / Połońskich / HAWSOWICZ / zm. 29 List. 1901 r. / wieku lat 80. / -.- / Boże! zbaw duszę / Apolinaryji //.

Lines 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of the first inscription in italics. Second inscription written in italics. Lines 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 of the third inscription in italics. Lines 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the fourth inscription in italics. Time of composition determined hypothetically based on form and dates of life. In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card number 49-50, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, row III, from the entrance to the boundary line A-A1, N10". Next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'granite monument with broken cross, no iron rail fence'. In Wejtka's file a reference to a publication by Teliński, to page 210.
