Burial site originally marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The third step of the plinth tapering upwards. On the front (1), on the right (2) and on the back (3) an engraved inscription.

1. Tu spoczywają / zwłoki / S. p. Józefy / MALEWSKIEJ / ur. 8 Kwiet. 1835 r. / zm. 22 Paźd. 1885 r. / - / Pokój Jej znacznej duszy //.
2. BENEDYKT / KOZAKIEWICZ + 1905 R. / LAT 76 //.
3. FRANCISZEK / MALEWSKI + 1894 r. / LAT 69. //.
