Burial place marked by an irregular stele on the base. Engraved cross on stele, oval panel on right with photograph. Woman in bust, in ¾ shot to right, gaze directed at viewer. Short, wavy hair visible. She is wearing a dress, a fur coat is draped over her shoulders and a string of pearls is around her neck. A laurel branch is engraved under the photograph. On the left is an oval panel with the photograph. Woman in bust, head slightly to the left. Hair laid back, combed back. Dressed in blouse with collar, earrings visible. An engraved inscription on the right. Two bands in front of the gravestone. The quatrefoil surrounded by a hedge, in which on the left is a figure of an angel in half pose, on a base. Head facing inclined, facing slightly left. He is holding a floral festoon. Wings visible.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
