The burial place marked by an obelisk on a pedestal and two-stage base. On the front wall of the obelisk, an engraved cross in the upper part, below in a tondo, a bas-relief of Christ in a crown of thorns. Below this an engraved inscription. The plinth with moulded upper edges.

Inscription:

CYPRJAN / BUŁKOWSKI / żył lat 26 + 1929 / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.
