Burial site marked by a weeping figure with urn on plinth and base. The figure set on a slab. A weeping woman in a long gown and veil covering her hair, supported by a high plinth on a base on which is set an urn covered with a cairn. The plinth covered by a wider, rectangular moulded panel. An earlobe frame carved on the front. Plinth covered with a rectangular moulded panel. To the front and rear rectangular panels with engraved inscription. On the front the engraved inscription (1), on the back the engraved inscription (2).

(2) Ten pamiątkowy [...] pamiątkowy / mąż Ludwig Deller / Małżonce Kocha / jącej [...]od niewygasłej / pamięci poświęca //.
