Tombstone of Emilia and Karol Shreyer

The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a pedestal and a two-stepped base.On the obelisk, a convex carved cross with chamfered shoulder edges is mounted on the front. At the intersection of the arms a circular panel with moulded edges, in it a relief carved burning heart on a glazed background. The second step of the base with chamfered upper edges. The pedestal finished with moulding. On the front a panel with a plaque on which an engraved inscription. The whole is enclosed by an openwork fence of iron rods topped with florets, with escutcheons at the corners. A gate in front.

Inscription:

KAROL SCHREYER / + 16 / VI 1890 / AMALJA SCHREYEROWA / + 7/IV 1922 / Proszą o westchnienie do Boga //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
