Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross not preserved. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. Engraved inscription on the front.

Additional information:

Inscription lines 2 and 5 in italics. Time of composition determined hypothetically on the basis of form and dates of life. In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter P, card number 139, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, row VII, from the entrance to the boundary A-A1, N13". Next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'with an iron cross'.

mosses, lichens, non-maintained finial
