Burial place marked by an obelisk on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. On the obelisk a cross is engraved on the front, below it an engraved inscription No. 1. The first and second steps of the pedestal with moulded upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal, on the front, engraved inscription No. 2. The first step of the base decorated with glazing. The whole originally enclosed by a fence, consisting of pedestals, joined together by cast-iron rods. The bars are not preserved.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
