Tombstone of Ewa Bruk

Ligotka Kameralna | Czech Republic

Burial site marked by a cross raised from the stele. Stele on a two-stage plinth and base. Base divided into regular vertical pea-shaped segments with chamfered edge. The second step of the plinth with a moulded upper edge passing into the stele. On the front, the plinth framed by half-columns with simplified heads, between which an inscription is engraved. The semi-columns support a cornice broken into a triangular gable, above which is a gabled canopy from which is a raised cross with arms widening at the ends. In the top of the stele an effigy of the deceased. Above the inscription an engraved palm leaf and cross. The front part of the gravestone is glazed, the back is wavy.

Tu odpoczywa w Panu / Ewa Brukowa / zóna kolejarza / z Gnojnika, rodzona / z Smiłowskich / z Ligotki Kam. / * 11.9.1888 + 29.9.1923. / Albowiem serce / jej podobało się Panu, / dlatego pośpieszył wyrwać ją / spośród swych miłych. //.
