The gravestone marked by a stele with a polished front and chamfered sides and back enclosed in a trilateral form. On the front a panel in which a relief cross is carved, below an inscription in engraved typeface and italics. The whole surrounded by a concrete band on which are 6 plinths with chamfered top edges, between which are originally bars.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / Felicja / z Oczkowskich / BUKOWSKA / żyła lat 60 / zm. 1891 r. / — / przechodniu westchnij do Boga / bo i Ciebie czeka ta droga //.
