Headstone marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. The arms of the cross closed with semicircles and half shafts. At the intersection of the arms a tondo with Christ wearing a crown of thorns. On the first step of the plinth, on the front wall, an engraved inscription (1). Second step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front wall a niche, in it a relief figure of St Florian.

Inscription:

1. TU SPOCZYWA S. P. / FLORIAN i ANNA / SUCHODOLSKI / Ż. L. 78 + 1902 / Ż. L. 78 + 1913 / STARANIEM DZIECI //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
