The burial place marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child Jesus in the Immaculata type on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base, with two gravestones added to the front. The effigy on its own base, depicted full-length in a long undulating gown and with a mantle draped over its left shoulder and wrapped around its waist, on its head a veil and crown, its bare feet treading a serpent encircling a globe. Infant Jesus dressed in gown, crown on head. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges, inscription (2) engraved on front. Second step covered with wider panels, engraved inscription to front (1).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
