Burial place originally marked by a statue of St Francis on a two-stage plinth and base. The broken statue lies beside it on its own base, where the inscription is engraved (3). The saint is depicted in strong contrapposto, holding a cross in his left hand. First step of pedestal with moulded upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with a shaft, covered by a wider panel. To the front an engraved inscription (1).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
