Burial site originally marked by cast iron cross on plinth and base. Cross broken at base. Base with chamfered upper edges. In front a plaque with engraved inscription (2). The plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with a relief inscription. In the upper right corner an oval place for a photograph, in the lower left corner a diamond-shaped place for a photograph. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and 4 pedestals connected by a cast iron chain.

Additional information:

Time of creation determined hypothetically on the basis of form and dates of life. In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter P, card number 79, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, row I from the entrance to the A1 boundary, N17". Next to the description of the tombstone is the annotation: 'with a wrought iron cross at the top, next to the inscription a photograph of the deceased; below, under the glass, a colour reproduction from Jasna Góra, a chain-link fence'. There is no information on the Wagner family in the file.

State of preservation:

photograph not preserved, corrosion, mosses, lichens, cavities, non-maintained finial
