Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, in a high band. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a square plaque. On the base at the front in the upper right corner an engraved signature. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, with a relief inscription (1). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, enclosed by a segmental arch carving. On the front a panel repeating its shape with a relief inscription (2). On the right side of the band a step.

2. Ś. + P. / HELENA z KURMINÓW / STACHOWSKA / ZM. 29 IV 1929 R. / W WIEKU LAT 81. //.
