The burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which there was originally an obelisk on a pedestal and base. On the obelisk
on the front, an engraved inscription (2). The pedestal with moulded upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription from the front (1). On the surface of the slab a relief carved cross.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
