Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock-formed plinth and base. The cross is not preserved. On the plinth at the front a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with a ritual inscription (1). To the right a plaque with a ritual inscription (2).

Inscription:

1) WACIO / PASZKIEWICZ / UR. 25 LUT. 1897 R. / ZM. 7 SIERP. 1897 R. / - / BĄDŹ WOLA TWOJA //.

2) Ś. P. / JADWIGA PASZKIEWICZ / ZM. 9 WRZEŚNIA 1907 R. / WIEKU LAT 34 / - / SPOKÓJ TWEJ DUSZY. //.

In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, card number 35, dated 1936. The location of the gravestone is missing. At the description of the gravestone a note: 'white marble cross and plaque with inscription, having a view of unrolled parchment, iron rail fence'.

State of preservation:

mosses, lichens, cavities, inscription partly obliterated, non-maintained finial
