Tombstone of Jakub Hooluski

Hłuboczek Wielki | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Openwork cross, with a figure of Christ at the crossing of the arms. The arms of the cross stylised with wimpergi. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a three-leaved opening with the inscription INRI. The cross passing at the bottom into a chapel surmounted by a vimperga, on the sides of which are pinnacles. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth glazed, with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a gable on each side decorated with fescée - tympanum glazing. On the front there is an engraved inscription (1). On the side walls panels with relief carved figures of saints depicted frontally. On the right wall, the figure of St James with a pastoral in his right hand and a book in his left. On the left wall a figure of a bishop, right hand in a gesture of blessing. Originally a fence.
