Tombstone of Jerzy Brzeżek

Burial place marked by an openwork cross on the base. At the intersection of the arms a plaque in the form of a Greek cross with an inscription cast on the front (1) and back (2). On the sides rosettes with inscribed winged angel heads. In the lower arm, below three additional rosettes upper with inscribed quadrilateral, lower with cross and lower with repeated motif of winged angel head. At the base, a cast of a figure in a pointedly closed frame, the figure of a saint in a long gown and cloak with crossed hands on his chest, long hair, on a pedestal.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
