Tombstone of Jozef Mazurek and Anna N.N.

The burial place marked by a cross on a pedestal, on a three-tier plinth and base and platform. The cross widening downwards, with a relief bust of Christ wearing a crown of thorns, in a frame dress and mantle, below two relief oak branches with acorns. The pedestal finished with moulding. The base with gently chamfered upper edges. The first step of the pedestal finished with moulding, on the front an engraved inscription (2).The second step of the pedestal finished with moulding, on the front an inscription(1) in an engraved rectangular frame. The third step of the pedestal is finished with a beam and crowned with a panel with chamfered upper edges and a panel repeating the shape with fluting and an engraved cross. On the pedestal front a relief medallion with an image of the Virgin Mary.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
