Burial site marked by a cross on a plinth in the form of a stylised pile of stones and base. The cross rusticated, with a repeated face. At the intersection of the arms the mount is visible after the figure of Christ. On the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and six plinths connected by a cast iron bar.

Inscription:

Ś. + P. / MINOWICZ JÓZEF / POSTERUNKOWY / P. P. m. Wilna / żył lat 43 / poległ w dn. 18/12 20 r. / podczas wykonywania / obowiązków służbowych. / CZEŚĆ JEGO PAMIĘCI! //.
