Burial place marked by a statue of the Immaculately Conceived on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Mary stands on an earth globe entwined by a serpent, hands lowered. She is dressed in a long, knotted gown, cloak and veil. The first step of the pedestal profiled at the upper edges, the second step of the pedestal profiled into a wider panel, on three sides an engraved inscription (1,2,3).

Inscription:

1. Julianna z Za / wadzkich Ro / zek umarła 25 / Stycznia Roku / 1841 //.
2. Posiadała Cnote i / Męztwo w cierpie / niu naypiekniey / prze Zalety. //.
3. Módlcie się / za nią. //.
