Burial site originally marked by a column behind a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cannelled column lost, lies adjacent. Base and plinth of column retained on second step of plinth. Grooved base steps with chamfered top edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front side, an oval panel with a fragmentary preserved ceramic image of the Virgin Mary and Child (?). The second level of the pedestal is covered with a hipped roof with moulding underneath. On the front a panel with moulded edges, in it an engraved inscription. On the right and left sides, in the upper part, an engraved cross.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
