Tombstone of Catherine Pasicznyk

Chorostków | Ukraine

Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin Mary on a two-stage plinth and base. Statue on its own base. The figure of Mary barefoot, wearing gown, cloak and veil, with hands folded in a gesture of prayer. The first step of the plinth glazed. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of the plinth widened with a step at the bottom, topped with a step, covered with a hipped roof. On the second step of the pedestal on the front an engraved frame closed at the top with an overhanging semicircular arch. In it an engraved inscription.
