Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The statue on its own base. The Virgin Mary holds a wreath in her left hand. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. The second step of the plinth enclosed by a simplified beam. An engraved inscription on the front wall. On the side walls, niches with semicircular arch, relief carved figures of saints. In the niche on the right-hand wall, St Peter. In a niche on the left wall, a martyr with palm branch and sword.

Inscription:

M MARIA / MATKA BOSKA / DOM WIECZNY / MARIANNY SKUR / SKIEY umarła / d: 6 Listopada / 1860 R. uprasza / przechodnia / o pozdrowienie / Anielskie //.
